The benefits of Homams, Pujas, Abhishekams, etc and other rituals mentioned in our website are as per shastras. They are provided for users understanding. The outcome of the rituals may vary from person to person and we at vaidikaseva.com do not promise any outcomes. The booking of homams or pujas or any other rituals with vaidikaseva.com by the user is done on his or her sole discretion.

Vaidikaseva.com takes utmost care while shipping the items. All the items are packed with standard packing materials. Shipping is done through INDIAN POST or DHL or FEDEX or BLUEDART for International customers, in compliance with the laws applicable in India. Any change in government policies, excise duties, taxes , etc., has to be borne by the buyer.

The responsibility of vaidikaseva.com ends with shipping the material from its registered office in India, and provide the tracking number / ID. Any other excise duties, taxes , etc., if any, in the buyer’s country has to be borne by the buyer.

The color of Yantra may not be similar to the images in our website. The images are given just for purpose of understanding only. Yantras are made of copper, so the color changes are natural over a period. vaidikaseva.com is not responsible for the change of color. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a booking. We invite you to review our Cancellation and Refund Policy. The following terms are applicable for any sevas that you booked with Us.

Order Cancellation Rights 

We don’t entertain the cancellation, but in cases where an order was booked by mistake or was duplicated due to technical issues from our Payment gateway partner, you can reach out to us for an order cancellation request over email at support@vaidikaseva.com. Any such requests should be raised in 3 days from order booking. We reserve the right to refuse cancellation of any orders that do not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.

Conditions for Refund

Sevas once booked and performed can’t be refunded. Sevas booked but not performed can only be canceled as per the cancellation terms.
